At Auth Pace, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Most items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation (if applicable).

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@authpace.us and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our team will provide return instructions before the item is shipped back.

Please do not return any merchandise without prior authorization.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The incorrect item was received.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The return is required due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@authpace.us.

After reviewing your request, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide:

  • A replacement product;

  • An exchange; or

  • A full refund.

When the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will also cover any applicable return shipping costs.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout may be subject to return shipping fees or other applicable charges before a refund is issued.
